414 Ocean is a 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath oceanfront beach house in Fire Island Pines for groups who want equal parts relaxation and socialization.

The home features an open living space with stunning water views, a large kitchen ideal for prepping family-style meals, and AC throughout to keep everyone comfortable.

The spacious deck serves as the social center. Sip champagne on the outdoor sofa, lounge on a chaise to people-watch on the beach, cool off with a dip in the heated pool, or unwind in the hot tub to the sounds of the waves.

Now booking Summer 2026. Available for full-house weekly rentals from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
